Common Questions:

How long does service last?
-Until we have success and we see no new activity for 2 consecutive weeks.
-Job length depends on size of yard, number of moles, if your moles are in the lawn vs landscaping, habitat surrounding the house, how intruquite your tunnel system is etc.. but typically 4-8 weeks.
- Small fenced in yards in neighborhoods are tyically 3-4 weeks.

How does the Guarantee work?
- I don't stop trapping until we have atleast a kill and actvity has stopped for 2 consecutive weeks. Most people have 1-3 moles.
-If we get no kills and activity has stopped you can pause the service until new activity appears or you can choose a full refund.
-Service does not guarantee 2 moles but does cover up to 2 moles. A 3rd mole is $60.
-Success requires a present and active mole. If they aren't active and digging they aren't setting off traps and I have no where to set new traps each week.

How do you close out service?
-After there has been no new activity for 2 weeks traps get pulled and then I add up the mole kills using the pictures I sent you via text. You will get a text from Joel that looks like this...

"No new activty, traps area pulled, you are good to go! We ended with 3 kills and you already paid for 2 with basic service so just need to cover the 1 extra. Here is a link to the additional kills section of the website to complete checkout. (LINK) You are still covered for 14 more days so just text me if you see anything and I will add you back onto my route. Thanks, Joel"

What happens if you get mole activity after service ends?
- If its within 14 days of closing out service you just text Joel and he will add you back onto the route and extra moles are still 60. If its later than that you just sign back up for "Basic Service" again.
